TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Minimum stay requirement
    • The minimum rental length is one week.
  2. Rental contract
    • The guest must sign this rental agreement and agree to pre-authorize a valid credit card for any charges incurred during their stay, including the cost of the rental and any damages.
  3. Cancellation policy
    • High season: 60 days for a full refund, 30 days for a 50% refund.
    • Low season: 30 days for a full refund, 15 days for a 50% refund.
  4. Identification requirement
    • A copy of the passport photo page of the principal renter is required.
  5. Damages and credit card authorization
    • The guest agrees to pre-authorize a valid credit card to cover any charges incurred during their stay, including the cost of the rental and any damages.
    • The guest waives the right to dispute or initiate chargebacks for any charges related to the rental and damages.
    • A credit card authorization form will be provided, which must be completed and signed by the guest. This form includes the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date, billing address, and a statement authorizing the merchant to charge the card for the rental cost, damages, and other specified charges.
  6. House rules
    • No smoking inside the property.
    • No pets allowed unless agreed upon in writing.
    • No loud parties. Quiet hours after 12.
    • The maximum occupancy is 5.
  7. Liability
    • The guest is responsible for any damage or loss to the property and its contents.
    • The owner/manager is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur during the guest’s stay.
  8. Payment terms
    • Full payment of the rental amount and security deposit is due at the time of booking.
    • Payment can be made via Airbnb, or through our online booking tool, which accepts credit card payments without additional fees.
  9. Check-in and check-out
    • Check-in time: 3 pm
    • Check-out time: 11 am
    • Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
